Intentions or prayers are very valuable as we work for World Enlightenment. They can be used to request help for ourselves and humanity, as tools for patience in high stress situations and even a a positive actions when delayed by traffic, in doctor’s offices or other events out of our control. Taking a moment to focus on peace and harmony instead of contributing to the already overwhelming fear and anger in the world can changes our experiences and lives.
